At Least I Took Pictures

So I know you have just been on the edge of your seat to see these pictures, right?
The correct answer would be yes. Or to just not say anything and consider the question rhetorical.
Ahem. Ok.
I know I've been kinda here/kinda not here for a couple of weeks now, but luckily for you I've been snapping a lot of pictures!
And now for your viewing pleasure(or not, whatev):
First, fall came to the house in the form of fall decor, both inside and out.

I made this wreath last year.

Fall even came to the bakers rack in the kitchen. Look really closely and you will see some fall foliage strung above the television.

I made this tiny wreath last year as well to hang right above the fireplace.

This year Samantha and I collected a bunch of pine cones and decorated them with glitter in fall colors for part of the centerpiece on the coffee table in the living room. So easy and so gorgeous. Trust me, they look so much better in person.

This little montage of fall paraphernalia is sitting in the fireplace.
THEN, I had a birthday!

What you probably can't tell in this picture is that I had just been yelling at my mom because she put candles all the way around the cupcake holder making it virtually impossible for me to get them all blown out in one breath! Ha!

Me & Samantha on my birthday. She looks less than thrilled to be in the picture, but don't worry she was only slightly forced to take this photo!

Elizabeth, me and Melissa at BlueFin.

Their sushi is so good. I may or may not dream about it at night.
Finally, we had Halloween!

Ida Claire in her repeat performance as the cutest ladyPug in the world. Hold your applause til the end, please.

Evan and his friend on their last year trick-or-treating!

6 bags of candy and would you believe we still ran out?

Our pumpkin. We decided to forgo the traditional "face" theme this year and do something more abstract. At least that's what we tell ourselves. This was our lame attempt at doing something Martha Stewart-y with our pumpkin.

I might be slightly biased, but I think he's the cutest baseball player on the planet!
So, there you go. My absence in pictures!
I've been trying to get to commenting on all of your blogs, but if there is anything pertinent I need to know about please email me!
I missed blogging regularly these last couple of weeks, but I'm back now!

I love seeing all of your pictures. You have some great fall decor - can't wait to see what you do at Christmas!

Ida Claire is adorable in her little costume as well. So cute! And, I love Blue Fin. They have got some amazing sushi (also their pepperoni and mushroom pizza if it's still on the menu is tdf, but a really random thing to order there).
